Terugbetalingsbeleid
If the customer purchases goods as a consumer, they have 14 days to decide that they do not want to keep the goods. This period of 14 days starts from delivery (for the purchase of goods).
The customer must return the goods within 14 days of giving prior notice of his/her wish to withdraw from the contract.
The customer shall inform MILITIQUE of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by notifying MILITIQUE in writing by letter (Koperslagersweg 41, 3920 Lommel) or e-mail (Contactmilitique@gmail.com).
The customer may return the goods via courier of his/her choice or return them to the shop/depot located at Koperslagersweg 41, 3920 Lommel. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
The purchase price, exclusive initial (standard) delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days after the goods have been returned. If the customer has opted for insured delivery, these costs will also not be refunded. If the customer pays with PayPal and a transaction fee was due, this transaction fee will also not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment the customer used to pay for the goods.
The purchased goods must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging at the customer’s own risk and expense. The products must always be returned with the original labels.
MILITIQUE’s acceptance of the unopened package upon delivery by a shipping company does not imply any acceptance of the goods. MILTIQUE reserves the right to refuse the goods upon receipt if the goods are not in their original condition, or if MILTIQUE was not notified in a timely manner and/or the goods were not shipped in a timely manner. Delays in transport for any reason whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the customer and do not extend the acceptance period.
