2. APPLICABILITY

These sales conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded between Militique and the customer, through the web shop, in the store or at a trade fair. Deviations from these general terms and conditions of sale can only be made by a written document signed by Militique and the customer. These general sales conditions completely exclude all general conditions mentioned in documents from the customer even if these documents are more recent. Militique reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the general terms and conditions at any time for future orders without personally informing the customer and without the latter being able to claim any compensation.

Placing an order on https://Militique.com implies that the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

All images, photos, descriptions, … or data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, …. on Militique’s web shop are only approximate, indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

3. THE ORDER

To purchase a product, the customer adds the product to the shopping cart. Then the customer fills in the contact and billing information. Subsequently the customer chooses the delivery and payment method. Finally, the customer accepts the terms and conditions and confirms.
