MILITIQUE delivers worldwide, except in the countries of Russia, Ukraine, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Brazil, because of import issues in the past.

EDGED WEAPONS (Knifes, Daggers, Bayonets…) cannot be shipped outside of mainland Europe and cannot be send with FedEx and TNT due their policies concerning the shipment of weapons. We will automatically ship these items DPD even if you have chosen FedEx, TNT or Bpost as shipping option.

Unless otherwise notified, all goods are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed or notified.

All goods are properly packed and delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

MILITIQUE provides different delivery methods:

– Registered envelope (10 EUR)
Does not cover any insurance and is meant only for flat cloth insignia in a standardized size envelope. Do not make advantage of this option if you bought something else!

– Tracked and insured parcel
This will cover a standard insurance up to 5.000 EUR. We will pick the most suitable shipping option/company for you and this may vary by country.

– TNT and FedEx shipping
Very fast but does not cover any insurance, if you wish to insure your TNT or FedEx parcel, please contact MILITIQUE and select ‘Arrange Payment’ during the check-out.

The exact rates of the shipping cost will be visible per country during the check-out.

Be aware that the insurance must have the same amount as the declared value.

Shipments are always made at the customer’s risk.

MILITIQUE is not responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier. At the time of delivery, where applicable, the customer must sign off the delivery receipt for receipt. Any visible defects must be noted on the delivery note or reported in writing to MILITIQUE at the latest within a period of three working days, with the customer describing the defects in detail. The use of the goods by the customer implies their irrevocable acceptance.

For claims and insurance reasons, if chosen PayPal for check-out, custom documents will bemade with the same amount as that was paid.

9. RETENTION OF TITLE

The Goods remain the property of MILITIQUE until full payment of the price, including all costs and charges. In the event of non-payment, MILITIQUE  reserves the right to take back the goods at the buyer’s expense.

10. CONFORMITY AND GUARANTEE

MILITIQUE guarantees that the goods conform to the photographs and descriptions as provided in the web shop and therefore meet the normal expectations. If the delivered goods do not conform to the order, the customer, being a consumer, is entitled to the legal guarantee of one year. This means that if the customer discovers a hidden defect or fault (apart from wear and tear or defects caused by the customer’s own actions or defects known at the time of purchase) within one year of the delivery of the goods, the customer may have them taken back by MILITIQUE free of charge. Visible defects are not covered by this and can in no way give rise to the guarantee.
